Sustainable development can be devided into social, economical and environmental aspects. We propose to build sustainable educational and local communities by increasing responsible behavior, based on the participation steps: informing, reflecting, attitude adopting, debating and decision taking and acting. The project provides formal and non-formal contexts of social learning, producing changes within educational and local community.
